A member asked:

My boyfriend punching me in my head always can it cause brain damage?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes: Repeated blows to the head can cause damage to the brain. This is why boxers and football players have issues the longer they perform. My question is why do you stay with someone who repeatedly hits you in the head. It is a well proven fact that domestic violence WILL escalate and has proven to be fatal. Get out now and don't look back.
