My symptoms are sudden urgent to urinate can't hold the pee .i did a urine culture test and results are i am sensitive to antimicrobial agent such as amikacin , ertapenem, fosfomycin, nitrofurantion , piperacillin.pls help. what's the disease name?

The pattern is consistent with a Urinary tract infection. The results would suggest the germ can be killed by the meds listed. What the germ is should be in the report.

If the urine culture is positive it is called urinary tract infection
