I have been diagnosed with a partially obstructing tumor in my rectum. im waiting for biopsies to return with diagnosis. i am passing gas but very little stool and feel bloated. what can i do to pass stool? what should i be eating or avoiding?

It could be from your being cleaned out by the prep before biopsy. If you are uncomfortable or worried call the surgeon to see if you can take a laxative or any other suggestion for he/she knows the degree of obstruction
