Sounds like you may: Have a bit of a stool impaction. Consider picking up an 1-2 enemas from your local pharmacy to help "mobilize" this stool. It may be necessary to dawn a rubber glove and gently "scoop" out the stool to help get things moving. If you are unable to poop and are developing progressive abdominal pain and nausea, you may have to have someone else, like at the ER, help you manually disimpact things.
