Possibilities: You first want to exclude a small bowel obstruction (or obstruction anywhere along GI Tract). If symptoms continue you might need to repeat CT scan, or perform a upper GI barium series with small bowel follow through.. sometimes can have intermittent or partial obstruction. Other possibilities, Gastroenteritis (viral), area of inflamation (ie. appendix, gallbladder etc.).. Get GI consult
