I have had knee/hamstring/hip pain for 4 weeks now...i can't straighten my leg fully and it's been getting worse. when i try to force it to straighten its shakes. i have a small lump on the outside of my hurt knee. what could this be?

You may have synovial outpouching, a ganglion cyst. It would be prudent to see a doctor as it is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you.
