Can neck problems cause elbow and ear pain at same time? i also get intermittent sinus pressure and shooting pain headaches all on the same left side. i had whiplash in car crash 10years ago and early arthritis shown on mri 5yrs ago at c6/7 level?

While the elbow pain may be related to neck ( cervical spine) injury, the ear pain is likely to be related to your sinus issues. Other possible causes cannot be ruled out, your general practitioner would be best to address based on exam and detailed history.
