Yes: Yes for the metal detectors. Also, the probably won't make you go through the full body scanners, but even if they did, there is no threat from the scanners to the pregnancy.

YES: Yes it is safe to go through the regular metal detectors at airports and other screening areas. The x-ray machines for screening bags are well shielded and also safe. The newer "body image" scans have been largely discontinued but should not be used if pregnant. They will have a warning label should you come across one.
