See below: Generally prescription of CPAP is not needed for security clearance. But if my patient is very anxious about travel we give them anyway. If one is on oxygen then may needed. Also one needs to have universal converter for 120 to 240 volts if traveling overseas.

No: These devices are becoming common, and the tsa is quite familiar with them. Should not be a problem.
