No: For a person who feels healthy, those laboratory data are virtually never a sign of pancreatic cancer. The fact that your great uncle had pancreatic cancer does not measurably increase your risk.

Elevated lipase: Elevated lipase is usually as sign of pancreatitis (acute or chronic) caused by a variety of factors (too much alcohol; too much starch/sugar consumption; excessive fat intake; smoking, obesity, etc). It is not a sign of pancreatic cancer
