Thought: The TSH level is not likely the cause of one enlarged lymph node or an isolated symptom of itching.

How high?: How high was your TSH? Did you talk to your doctor about thyroid medication? If not, do so now. Regarding lymph node: You may feel the node every couple of weeks, if the lymph gland doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!

Agree with Dr Fowler: Hewever, you could have underactive thyroid that could cause dry skin and thus itching. That one finding should be specifically addressed by your provider who ordered the test. Good luck!

High TSH: An abnormality high TSH indicates an underactive thyroid which should be treated with the appropriate dose of a thyroid supplement. Hypothyroidism is a cause of fatigue among other symptoms. As for an enlarged lymph node, I would take it seriously by having it checked by a physician and then if it doesn't recede in 2 weeks or if new nodes become enlarged, I would recommend a biopsy
