I had sex today and after she told me she had trich and was waiting on her results for chlamydia. can i start treatment for trich with tinidazole and doxycycline for chlamydia the same day of exposure?

OK to take them together, but either can cause stomach upset: best to take tinidazole first, then wait 2-3 hours before the first dose of doxycycline. Also be aware of gonorrhea risk; very common in women with both trich and chlamydia. (Discuss respectful communication about STIs and common sense with your partner. She had no business waiting until after sex to tell you the situation.)
