Hi there, 24 yo female, i noticed a small swollen lymph node in my groin the size of a pea a week ago just below my lower abdomen and now there are 3 additional palpable lymph nodes. gyno ruled out infections and referred to pcp. could it be lymphoma?

The size of a normal lymph node at rest is about the size of a pea. Enlargement or tenderness often represents nearby genital skin irritation or some process involving the leg on that side. I would put lymphoma near the bottom of a list of possibilities. Try not to overthink this.
