Myopic. -6.5/-2.75 le with scleral buckling 2months ago. -5.00/-2.75 re laser barrage for lattice. is there anyway this myopia can be reduced without refractive surgeries. any exercise etc? and should i wear high index specs? appreciate any help?

The scleral buckle lengthened your eye increasing the myopia, to correct this you can get new glasses or contacts. i would not recommend surgery because of recent retinal detachment, and eye exercises will not correct your problem. Best of luck
