Hard to tell but: An insect bite particularly a spider bite comes to mind. Spider bite often gets infected and pustule will likely form within days requiring an antibiotic. If there is an enlarging red ring around a lesion, I would consider a tick bite which could lead to Lyme Disease- prompt treatment will usually eliminate complications. Consult your doctor if there is any doubt.
