No. If the dog have a sore throat and you kissed it you might have caught it. One can give/catch COVID and other viruses from dogs but sore throat not a common symptom in COVID. Allergy would more likely be sneezing, itchy eyes. Protect your pets by wearing a mask (you not the dog) when you are ill.
