What is the question: This can occur with some viral infections like infectious mononucleosis, cmv, etc. Also may be due to dryness in air, mouth breathing, irritants being inhaled (try stopping smoking), excessive talking, acid reflux due to gerd, HIV infection and tumors. It needs to be evaluated by an ENT specialist. Go and see one soon. Best wishes.
