Throat: Doesnt sound like allergies. Maybe part of a viral illness which would affect balance as well but this is one of those things you have to check out with a doctor.

It could be: Dennis, it could be allergies, or it could be a sinus infection. There are several other possibilities as well. If it hasn't gotten better yet, you should see your doctor, so they can examine you. Hope this helps!
