Sore throat for 4 months. on allergy med as per dr's advice. it seemed to help some but lately my throat is very dry. had a upper endoscopy- normal. ?

Negative endoscopy: is great news. You may have one of several issues which require further testing: a chronic post nasal drip from inhalant allergies or GERD, a reflux of stomach acid upward through your esophagus into your throat. Both require ongoing evaluation.
