Masturbation would not be harmful, but maybe uncomfortable or painful. Epididymitis per se isn't the problem, but your chlamydial infection could involved other areas, like your posterior (internal) urethra, prostate, or seminal vesicles. If so, ejaculation might be painful, or you might experience pain afterward. But it wouldn't delay healing or cause any serious problems.
