A member asked:

I have a scheduled c-section, i must get a tetanus vaccine and flu vaccine the day before the c-section, is it safe getting the vaccines right before c-section? i heard vaciness can cause a fever?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

It is safe. It would be preferable to get these vaccines a little earlier simply to allow any reaction that might occur time to resolve, but a reaction sufficient to delay your C-section would be highly unusual.
