I took the flu vaccine in october and seem to have just caught the flu. i have fever, headaches, dry cough, pain all over. what should i do to recover?

FLU: Many viruses can give rise to flu-like symptoms. Again, flu vaccination doesn't prevent influenza 100%, but makes it milder if one gets. Drink a lot of fluid, some juice, tea, warm drinks. Ibuprofen 600 mg 6-8 hourly for fever and aches, take enough rest, shower 1-2/day. Can take a cough suppressant, otc or prescribed. If symptoms are worse, see your primary care physician.
