Unknowable.Whether a person has any more that transient pain and discomfort with any vaccine is unknown. Individual immune history/allergy to any trace component/ prevailing medical status prior to the shot all matter. Whether or not you would have any reaction at all is unknown. Bad reactions usually show up in the 1sst half hour. Since the flu shot is dead material you cannot get the flu from it
