My eyes burn, tear up, & get red when i get sober again after drinking. this only occurs for 1-2 minutes. i only have 3 shots & lots of water. i also feel in the back of my eyes like blood rushes in through multiple veins. what could be happening?

It means you are with drawing from alcohol and suggests you are addicted to it. Seek help locally. Blood shot eyes usually last longer than 1-2 min. Tearing up may mean you are very sad and depressed. See help now. Alcoholic Anon is good.
