I have had dry eye for years. ive had selfdiagnosed asthma and eye pressure for at least a month. for three days, including this one, i look at my red spreadsheet then see a red collumn everywhere i look. it goes away. have my blood vessels burst?

I don’t think this has to do with bursting blood vessels however a visit to an ophthalmologist would be helpful.

This is unlikely caused by bleeding…
You will need to see an ophthalmologist to get a more definitive answer.
