Go to oral surgeon: Lesions that have not healed for three months need to be evaluated. Call a local oral surgeon who can examine you, visualize, and biopsy the lesions if that is what is indicated.

Why wait so long?: Obviously your attempts have not worked. This may be easily treated or a very serious situation. See an oral surgeon immediately for a proper diagnosis and appropriate treatment. Also, for the future, take better care of yourself, from both a medical and dental standpoint.
