I have been on augmentin (5 days of 10) for an ear infection. i just started getting several canker sores on my tongue mainly on the sides way back. is this from the medication?

It is possible that Augmentine changed the bacterial Flora of the gut which has the after effect . Drink plenty of water and watch if the complain disappears. If symptoms continue after the course of Augmentine, also see your Dentist to check out Oral Hygiene.
