The letters you posted only vaguely correspond to common tests in the US. MER has no meaning to me. None of the rest look for drugs. In the US a person must sign a consent before a test for drugs is done unless it is implied consent from an employment application. Testing for the cited drugs involves added work/materials/machines.

Lab tests can detect nicotine and marihuana. These tests need to ordered specifically by your doctor. These would not be tested for if not specifically requested.
