My spleen is enlarged and i currently have mono its a little tender on the left side where my spleen is i just want to know how to sleep on my neck or right side because the left just isnt an option right now please help?

Sleep in whatever position you find comfortable, using pillows or other aids. The spleen will not rupture during any sleep position you take, that complication is limited to activities that direct blunt force to the abdomen, like contact sports or falling from a bicycle/horse.
