I'm having heart palpitations like every 15 mins that last anywhere from 10 - 20 seconds at a time and i'm extremely fatigued. is this normal? i do have a history of anxiety and have been told my vitamin b levels are slightly low?

Your symptoms warrant outpatient cardiac monitoring for 24-48 hours or until symptoms occur. The first task is to consult an MD or cardiologist to examine you & cardiac rhythm.when you experience palpitations& determine whether you're having a cardiac arrhythmia, and if so, what type,.how often, presence of high grade or mild, nonserious cardiac arrhythmia. EKG,echocardiogram, thyroid, stress test, etc
