I took 200 mg of doxycycline per day for a decayed crown. i was prescribed for seven days but my stomach bothered me so much, i skipped the last day. is that okay?

Stomach upset is the most common symptom of this antibiotic. I am not sure why you are prescribed doxycycline for this issue and stopping one day earlier will not make any difference. In general, a 5 day or 7 day course of oral antibiotic is not much different in efficacy.
