Taking wellbutrin, metformin, spironolactone, doxycycline, ferrous sulfate. have no appetite and upset stomach. which most likely the cause?

Doxycycline: Doxycycline can upset the stomach. Iron would be my second consideration. Check with a doctor who can change your antibiotic to another type after knowing why you are taking it.
