Took doxycycline 100 mg capsule on empty stomach. threw up 30 minutes later - liquid clear vomit, no capsule visible. do i need to repeat this dose? (it was part of a 7 day 2x/day treatment). thank you?

The capsule may not be intact after 30 minutes, and so the dose may not have been expelled with vomiting. Take the next dose a few hours early, and with food to minimize nausea. If this happens again, call your physician and get an antibiotic which will not be as irritating to your stomach.
