I am two years post menopause! last year endo stripe was 5.1 now its 6.1 and i have a back ache how likely its cancer?

Back ache is one of the most common complaint of all adults so you should not associate this symptom with cancer. I wonder why you have had ultrasound done every year which is not a recommended yearly screening in the menopause unless you have had vaginal bleeding. Endometrial biopsy is indicated if you have vaginal bleeding.
