It will pass through and out of your system in a few days. I don't see it as toxic or otherwise dangerous. I would not waste any more time worrying about it.

no, the string you swallowed is so small that it will pass in your stool without any issue. It is conceivable your body might digest it, but I wouldn’t worry about it causing any problems.
