Mother (67) suddenly fainted in a long-distance flight. she took quetiapine/dimenhydrinate. her blood pressure was 80/40, although usually is high. she was 5min off and evacuated in her pants. she is fine now but what could have caused that?

She likely suffered at least a syncope, would definitely recommend checking in with her doc to rule out heart related conditions and adjust treatment as both quetiapine and dimenhydrinate have somewhat similar side effects.
