This is a nonspecific inflammatory marker that can go up with anything from mild acute illnesses (virus) to chronic autoimmune conditions. Please follow up with her doctor. This was ordered for a reason, so it should be interpreted by the ordering physician.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, her result is not a cause for concern. Wish you good health!
