A member asked:

I'm 31 female mother of 5 my crp is 18.8 and sed rate is 82 what could be the reason?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Inflammation: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, CRP and sed rate are markers of inflammation and you probably have some inflammation somewhere and it is not feasible to provide a better answer without examining you.
