Even though it was only a trivial movement you made in bed, I would regard this as a muscle.strain with an element of spasm. I recommend cold applications 20 minutes at a time several times a day for 24-48 hours and then switch to warm compresses. You could take ibuprofen or naproxen if discomfort appears to be spreading.
