Not normal: but as well unlikely to be related to the shot, even if the needle hits a nerve on side, it wouldn't cause all those symptoms on both side and lower back, and sometimes the symptoms you described are treated with steroids. You want to see your doctor for assessment, meanwhile take an NSAID as ibuprofen, but read the labels carefully, and get some rest, good luck
