Possible blood blist: Possibly a blood blister, but since dogs mouth carry tons of bacteria i would recommend washing your hands frequently with warm water and soap. Let me know if you begin to experience any harsh symptoms, otherwise i think you may just have a blood blister that will probably heal on its own.

Normal,: And since it is a house dog not be concerned of rabies. When was your last tetanus booster u got? With that date just call your family practitioner to find out if you need possibly a tetanus booster. Keep the wound clean and to not apply anything on top of it. If you use an antibiotic cream it should be just around the edges of the bite. A band-aid would be probably sufficient.
