Had sex 21/11/21 i had very heavy bleeding6/12/21-10/12/21 also had sex from the11/12/21up until pregnancy test15/01/22 i had early ultrasound1/2/22 7w5d and10/03/22and was 13w1d when did ovulate/conceive before or after bleeding?

I would say about 13 weeks. It is difficult if not impossible to give you an exact day. If you kept good period/sexual diary that may help. Discuss with your Drs.

Just base on ultrasound results, conception could not happen with the sexual relationship on November 21/2021. Unfortunately, the ovulation and conception should occur on the week with heavy period which is hard to believe so the fetal age should be several days younger than the age by ultrasound.
