No diagnosis yet but an obturator or femoral nerve entrapment is suspected to have occurred when placed in the lithotomy position during a quick 10min surgery. what is the approximate recovery time and best treatment approach for both of these?

A 10 minute lithotomy position should not be the etiology of an entrapment nerve syndrome.

The described issues are uncommon and whether you have a specific nerve problem needs confirmation. If so, a brief event might cause demyelination, which should fully recover by 3-4 weeks. Pelvic floor physical therapy is often helpful.
