For the past two days, the corners of my mouth and above have a tingling sensation and kinda feels like a bubbling feeling. it doesn't hurt, it just feels uncomfortable to have my lips feeling this way. i don't see any sores. what could be the issue?

Many reasons for this sensation. Lupus, Raynaud's phenomenon, panic attack, allergies, chapped lips and other problems. If this sensation continues see a doctor for exam and treatment.
