My left and right foot feel exactly same sensation but my left foot feels slightly numb, but i can feel everything the same as my other foot. it just feels slightly different. is it numbness or injury?

Sound like numbness to me but only you can tell us what your symptoms. To evaluate cause you need a proper neurological exam. Most likely cause would be diabetes but you did not mention that. Give us all the information you have room to enter, Cannot give us too much info. Would see local Dr in MI.
