"Lump" may bee enlarged lymph node, indicating a virulent infection in n early an atomic structures, such as teeth, gum tissues, bone. Please see your Dentist. If dental treatment is indicated, Dentist will accomplish or refer you to an Oral Surgeon, Periodontist, Oral Pathologist, and/or Endodontist.
