Do medical records show up on background checks? sorry if its a dumb question, but i want to get therapy but i dont know if its will show up on anything when employers search. also, do we have to tell them? sometimes theres a section that asks?

Medical records are confidential and so they do not show up on background checks. I’m not sure how it would be asked on a job application but answering questions honestly is always best when applying for a job. If you need therapy, it is best to get it so you can keep a job in the long run. Good luck!!
