Sent a letter: I am sorry that the medical system has failed you since errors should always be promptly corrected. Suggest that you send in a written notice to the office or hospital and keep a copy of it for proof .

EMR. EHR: the wonderful world of electronic records likely have you labeled like that of the rest of your life . you have to get them to uncheck the box that spits out the laundry list of diagnoses on every record you have that means nothing except for some pea counters. maybe refuse to pay or tell them you need a cross bow permit since you have arthritis or you need a handicap placard and then they'll fix

Fever, dehydration: If your child has a high fever or blood in the stool or if he is vomiting enough or having enough diarrhea that he has a dry mouth, no tears and is very listless, he needs medical attention. If he is less than 2 months old, you need to at least talk to a doctor and might need to have him seen.

Baby wakes unhappy: There are several published guidelines stating a baby or child needs a certain number of hours of sleep each night for a certain age. If your infant or child is getting less than this, but wakes happy and playful each morning, do not be concerned. However, if child is fretful, grumpy, falling behind in school, or inattentive, then please bring it too the attention of your healthcare provider.

See below: Symptoms of arthritis conditions include pain, sometimes swelling, increased warmth limitation of motion, stiffness particularly in the morning after getting up, popping, clicking, giving way or buckling. People often report trouble with stairs or trouble getting up after they have been sitting a while. Not everyone has all of these symptoms however.
