Not particularly. To me the symptoms of respiratory distress & severe fatigue are the most indicative of severe or progressive covid. Day 8 has been cited as a peak of the illness. If she is stable, taking fluids well and feeding occasionally this should be on the way out.

Agree with Dr. Ferguson. Your mother and rest of the members of your family should get Covid vaccination/booster. Get Flu vaccine, when available. Wish you good health!
