Hi, i have had strange looking tonsils for many years now. one is larger than the other, but they both look very rough with bumps and have deep holes. no pain, but i have also had post nasal drip for many years. do you think this is cancer?

Unless you smoke or drink lots of alcohol not likely cancer. I would see and
ENT and see if they think they are "strange". A rather vague medical term. You can google tonsils and look at images to see if yours match any as a clue. Also look at tonsil cancer.

What you described is not consistent with cancer. However, it is abnormal and you should consult an ENT doctor.
